*WS 112: see tulips and more in Kuekenhof, Lisse, the Netherlands*
Kuekenhof, also known as the Garden of Europe, is a famous garden, particularly famous for tulips. With a size of 32 hectares, it is one of the largest garden in the World. Every year 7 million buds are planted in autumn to bloom in spring. We were here for a few hours in late March 2019. The tulips are not in full bloom yet, but we could smell the fragrance of spring.
The garden has other flowers too. The 7th photo shows the Hyacinths, a bulbous fragrant plant while the 8th shows the Arum Lily. For each of these two, many species of different colours could be seen.
